The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Coal Mandi Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Coal Mandi whether on the Coal Mandi Platform or otherwise.

·       Information provided by Buyer to us and/or to our Vendors directly. Coalmandi collects information on the Service when the Buyer interacts with us, our employees, personal buddies and Vendors or service providers (independent contractor Vendors or service providers are collectively called “Vendors”), such as when you engage with the Coalmandi Platform when the Buyer interacts with our Platform.

·     The personal information we (and our/or Assistants) collect may include your name, mobile number, Password, mailing address, email address, date of birth, Location, GST Certificate and any other information necessary to fulfil your request. We will also collect any other information you store or upload through the Platform.

·       Coalmandi requests phonebook access from client to enable them to select and upload contacts to their Reference list on Coalmandi. Coalmandi takes only the mobile numbers of selected contacts and then identifies the uploaded contacts and connects them directly to the client for their dealing benefit. Coalmandi reserves the right to send communications directly or through our other entities or vendors, or communication partners.

·      Tracking Information such as, but not limited to the IP address of your device and Device ID when connected to the Internet. [This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Website or not), your computer browser information, and other information associated with your interaction with the Coal Mandi Platform;

·        The User should feel free to decline to provide any information that we request, however, please note that doing so may make it impossible for Coalmandi to fulfill your service request. We use the information that we collect to provide the products or services that you request, to improve and customize our Platform, to provide you exactly what you require and to contact you about special promotions and new products.

·       We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed and settings chosen. Coal Mandi Platform includes the Coal Mandi advertising services (“Ad Services”), which may collect user activity and browsing history within the Coal Mandi Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad pixels (“Pixels”), widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services or through the use of cookies. Our Ad Services collect browsing information including without limitation your Internet protocol (IP) address and location, your login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent, Coal Mandi cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information about user activities on the Coal Mandi Platform, as well as on third party sites and services that have embedded our Pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services.

·      Payment Gateways of third party including details of billing, Debit and Credit Card details;

·      Details such as, not limited to, Offers, Campaigns and Sales and on this platform;

·      Details of App usage for analytics;

·      The type of device and operating system used to access the Platform and the date and time you access the website;

·         We may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.

·      Content which you provide to us, which may include reviews, booking details and history, addresses, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the Coal Mandi Platform;

·         When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our product and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

·         We may fetch your location by using geo tagging feature on your device.
